Custom Name Puppy Applique T-Shirt

NOTE: Thread color and Font Style will be embroidered exactly as shown in the picture.   

How to Order:

1) Select your shirt size and color from the menu.
2) Select the color of the embroidered Puppy design. (Blue or Pink )
2) In the personalization box enter the name to be embroidered exactly onto the shirt. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

We only embroidered the design onto the shirt upon order. There are no returns or exchanges accepted on personalized/custom orders. It is buyers responsibility to order correct sizes or check the spelling of custom items before placing the order. Please refer to the image sizing chart to make sure you choose the correct sizing and color and double check the spelling of personalised name. All orders are made to order. However if there is a problem with your order please message me!

 CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Machine wash cold inside out; normal cycle. Non-chlorine bleach if needed.
• For best results lay flat to dry however you can dry the shirt inside out on a low heat setting.
•  If ironing is needed please turn iron on a low setting.
